Terms of Service
《PAYMENT》◇Payment thru paypal only.
◇Payment first (clients must pay in full)
◇I only accept USD for paypal users.《RIGHTS》◇I reserve the right to refuse any request that I find difficult to carry out.
◇The copyright of the product belongs to the illustrator.
◇Any modification of the product by the purchaser shall be limited to the extent that the essential parts of the product are not damaged.
◇Commissions will be completed within 1 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the work, though the time can be extended if unforeseen circumstances arise.
◇I will post the commissioned illustration in my social accounts unless discussed otherwise.
◇The commission must NOT be used for Al or NFT purposes.
◇If reposted, proper credit must be given.(Mentions of the the artist's social media username)《WARRANTY》◇If there is anything wrong with the product, it can be corrected up to 3 months after delivery.
◇In the event of delays in transactions due to war or natural disasters, neither party shall be held responsible.
How to order
1. Make sure to read the Terms of Service.2. Direct Message me on my instagram stating your chosen type of commission, (illustration or VTuber model etc) pose, clothing, expression and accessories (or describe if you have any specific details in mind and please provide reference photos) Feel free to ask questions if you have one.3. Once settled with the character, proceed to payment. I will be sending my paypal link.4. After the payment, you will be added to the queue list! (please provide a screenshot of your payment)5. Wait for the art to finish(I will update within sketching phase and coloring) and once finalize, I will be sending it to your email!
